I have AVG multi device subscription. I use it on my computer and phone. I can log into my AVG account on my computer with email address and password. I cannot log into my AVG account on my cell phone. I have tried many times via "email" and password or Google and it always says "Log in fail".
This means that i cannot set up anti theft, nor anti hack on my phone.
Also I would like to know that when I connect to VPN on my phone it does not consistently stay connected to VPN. Usually it disconnects from that quickly and I don't know why and I can't get it to be a permanent connection.
I am not digitally illiterate but nor am I slick on phones so struggling to understand what to expect and what to do next.
