I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I see that you have an active AVG PC TuneUp license and AVG Internet Security license. Both of them are enabled with continuing protection service among which AVG PC TuneUp license is about to expire on 11th Oct 2017 and scheduled to auto renew. I have successfully cancelled the auto renewal for AVG PC TuneUp and we will not charge for it.

If you need anything else, do not hesitate to let us know.

I'm constantly getting the 404 page when it comes to clicking the log in button on different devices. 

All I want to do is cancel my auto renewal of a policy on a laptop I no longer have.
