I have subscribed and had confirmation of payment to the VPN system, but when attempting to switch it on it keeps on redirecting to the purchase area rather than activation.
All attempts to reinstall have been to no avail…How does one overcome this block?

Please note that it is mandatory to activate the product using the paid activation code post installation.
I have sent an email containing instructions to activate the product. Please check your inbox and spam box as well.
