Login for anti-theft

Hi, I can't log in to AVG app on my LG G6+ to activate anti-theft. It keeps saying login details are wrong when i try ro set up web control. I have no problems logging in to AVG on mobile Chrome and on Mac. Have tried restarting my phone and changing password too but to no avail. Pls help, thanks!
