Open AVG Anti-virus app.
Tap on drawer.
Click on Help and support-> Contact support and fill the form.
I have paid for the Pro version on my Android phone and I am just setting it up and on 'Anti-Theft' Activation section point 2. Web Control it fails!
I click on 'Set up Web Control' - 'Email' - Enter my log in details and it says 'Authorization Failed. Sorry'
Why will it not let me log into my account? I am able to log into my account on my laptop from the web browser! How am I meant to set up Anti-Theft on my phone if it doesn't work??
