Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. Are you facing issue with your Mouse left click button?If so please uninstall AVG from the Control panel and check if the mouse is working fine. If the issue persists, it could be a Hardware issue. I would suggest you connect the mouse to other device and check it.

I completely understand your concern and I'm glad to hear that you have fixed the issue. However, please let me know the version of the old AVG dashboard which you have installed on your computer (open AVG Internet Security > Menu > About) or you can share a screenshot of the installed AVG user interface to assist you further. You can post the screenshot here on your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

thank you for your reply, i did connect the mouse to another computer and worked fine had a remote connect with nice person from avg they tried to disable avg and change some settings but no joy. in the end i unistalled avg reloaded the logitech software and the mouse is now working. reloaded avg and now back to the old avg dash board and everything seems ok. trouble seemed to be with new dash board for what ever reason

So I have sent you an email, please follow the email instructions to get in touch with the remote support. They will analyze the issue with AVG and fix it, free of cost.
