Logon fails on phone

Hi,
I have no problem login on to my account from a PC, but it fails when I try from my phone, Sony Xperia X running Android 8.
I have tried with a pw of alphanumeric characters because I on other sites have experienced difficulties when using special characters such as -_.:,;/*-+, bur it still does not work.
Any ideas, anyone?
