Thank you for your offer to help me.

I'm not computer literate, but I'll try my best.  My computer will run as in slow motion.  My computer seems to just run and run as if stuck and can't stop running.  Sometimes I get a message with option to stop script, so I do stop it.  I hope this makes sense.
