I've read the testimonies listed. apparently the company will ONLY reimburse a user if the account is cancelled 16 days prior to the charge date.
I believe this must be in the fine print. I don't believe this to be a viable solution.
I was charged, two days ago. I have removed the software prior to a month before this letter,
who knew it was so complicated to undo everything.
