Lose connection to internet when connecting to VPN

Hi - this has just happened in the last 2 weeks - when i connect my VPN i have no access to the internet. When i turn off the VPN i have access to the internet - here is the following error message- please help

Hello, I have the same p^roblem since few weeks.
I've tried a lot of things :
- diffrent browsers
- reboot
- uninstall and re-install AVG VPN
- Disable other AVG Secure components
- Change location
As I have W10 Family edition I don't have access to gpedit.msc.
Even to have access to your own AVG Support Community I have to disable the VPN.

So please fix it quickly, it was working fine in the past with the same configuration or refund me my subscription,please.

Still no luck - I have a windows 10- pro desktop & have restarted it many times with no luck.
My web pages only work when I disable the VPN!

Do you have AVG Internet Security installed on the PC? If yes, please try to disable AVG components and check whether you can access Internet when AVG Secure VPN is ON.
