Installed AVG Ultimate today and subsequently lost access to the internet, except for this website of course, which by the way takes 15-30 seconds to load. No internet pages will load. My Windows 10 PC hasn't had this issue until this software was installed. I turned off VPN but that didn't make a difference. I also enabled the extension for Firefox but that didn't do anything. Tried to enable extensions for Google and Internet Explorer but neither page would even load.
These are the errors I get when trying webpages.
Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_READ
PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR
Either this gets resolved or a refund will be due and I'll move on to some other product.

Thank you for writing back to us. We need to find out which component in AVG Internet Security causing the issue with Internet. For that, we need to disable AVG products one by one and check it.

1. I can confirm that AVG internet security program is causing the internet issue. Prior to installing AVG I had full internet access. With the AVG program installed I have no internet access.
2. Yes, upon disabling AVG internet security I have full internet access.
3. With AVG internet security active I cannot access any websites
4. See #1, #2, #3 above.
It appears the AVG internet security is the problem. How can this be resolved?
