I see that you have active subscription for AVG Secure VPN. Do you have this software installed on your laptops?
If you do, please turn off the VPN connection and check if you can connect to internet.

In the last 2 days I suddenly lost Internet connection on 2 laptops though still have WiFi on phone and laptop says I am connected to WiFi. AVG message says UI failed to load and is having a bad day. What can I do?
