I'm in some major trouble here. I've recently lost access to my email address that is linked to my main account on here, I made this one to ask for help. Basically, I recently built a new PC and I'm using that now, so I need to cancel my AVG Subscription on that so I can set up a new one for this PC. Only problem is I lost access to my email and my backup email because hotmail kept telling me to change my password to the point that I completely forgot what it was.
Is there a way I can prove my identity and get my subscription cancelled on my main AVG Account? I don't want to have to do something drastic, like close my bank account and open a new one. That would be a massive hassle.
