Lost access to existing sites

I've followed the instructions in that article and reinstalled AVG AntiTrack and I still can't access specific sites. This is the error message I'm receiving:

It's happened with some other websites now as well as links from my favourites toolbar.

Any suggestions of what to try next?

Following purchase and installation of AVG protections (Anti Tracking most recently), I am now "barred" from my saved internet sites. Owners of these sites tell me it is because AVG has disabled the links. How can I restore these, or do I have to cancel AVG protections and forfeit the subscriptions paid?

Stephen, please disable 'Enable tracking detection' option in AVG AntiTrack settings and check if that resolves the issue.

Open AVG AntiTrack.
Click Settings from the left-side panel.
Click Enable tracking detection to untick this option.

If you disable this setting, your browser remains protected, but AVG AntiTrack does not gather data during tracking attempts.

May I go ahead and process a refund for the recent purchase of AVG AntiTrack (GBP 25.08)? So, you can use your another subscription good till Sep 10, 2020.

However, when I logged into my AVG account (not something I would normally do very often!) I noticed that I have two recorded subscriptions for AVG Anti Track. I assume this means that I have inadvertantly signed up twice for the same protection, and presumably, I am paying two annual subscriptions when one is sufficient.

Can I safely just unsubscribe from the "oldest" one, and will that cancel the renewal, leaving me with just the longest protection? (The first subscription shows a renewal date of 26 August 2020, the second 19 October 2020.)

Yes please, that would be very helpful. Do I need to "unsubscribe" from one of the copies, and if so which one?
