Lost Account - how to recover

I recently had to reset my PC and had to reinstall all applications, including ACG and Tuneup. I’ve This is my second year with a subscription for Tuneup but I can’t seem to locate the email account I used for the account with that subscription. I created another account using my Gmail in order to make this post and get the attention of Customer Service. Thank you.

If you can’t find the email account linked to your AVG TuneUp subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Search your email inbox
    Check your Gmail, Outlook, or any other email for:
  • “AVG TuneUp Subscription”
  • “AVG Order Confirmation”
  • “AVG Invoice”
  • “Digital River” (AVG’s payment processor)
  1. Retrieve your subscription details
    Use AVG’s order lookup tool and enter your transaction ID or payment details to find your account.
  2. Contact AVG customer support
    If you still can’t find it, visit the AVG Support page and look for the “Contact Us” section.
    Select “I lost my subscription email” and provide proof of purchase (bank statement, PayPal receipt, etc.) if possible.
    My PC also creates too many Windows problems during gameplay, so is an AVG TuneUp subscription the best option for my PC.

I tried to find to use the “Contact Us” section, but I just went in circles getting referred to Community pages when I needed support from an actual person, so posting here was a last resort. I have a password manager, but for some reason I don’t have an entry in it for AVG - which makes me believe I used something like gmail or apple to create an account for me? I just need a way to either re-access the account or to have the remaining subscription transferred to an account I have a login for.
I can’t find email receipts for the sub renewal, but I do have credit card transaction as proof.
