The product you purchased will get activated through Google play sync. If you get the page asking you to pay for the VPN, look for the three dots at the top right corner of the screen. Click on it and select "Restore License" option. Check if you could turn on VPN now.

I purchased for Android device ultimate version avg but I lost activate code. I cannot contact with vpn.How I find again activate code.
