Lost all apps during Windows 10 crash recovery

Please visit our official site: https://www.avg.com/en-us/installation-files to download AVG Antivirus Free, AVG PC Tuneup and AVG Secure VPN. You can use AVG Secure Browser instead of AVG Web Tuneup.
Open AVG Secure VPN -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Log in -> enter your email address and password to activate it. Follow the same steps and enter your license number to activate AVG PC Tuneup.

My PC, running Windows 10, got corrupted and I recovered following a Windows suggested process that deleted all of my apps.  I'm now trying to reestablish the lost apps, some of which were AVG products.  I found some of my license codes but don't seem able to reload to the point where I can enter the license code.  How do I do that?

Here is the stuff I lost:
