Thank you for providing screenshot. I see that you have initiated normal scan and haven't fixed the threats detected by the scan. Hence please click on the icon next to 'Scan computer' option and click on 'Resolve' button to fix the threats detected by that scan. Once this completes, you will see a 'Scan settings' icon next to 'Scan computer' button.
