Hi everyone.
I may not even be in the right area,but here goes…
My ASUS laptop developed a glitch the other day, & in order to overcome this, i did a 'sytem restore'.
On start up, i noticed that my avg anti-virus was missing!! I did a complete search, of the system files-to no avail…nothing in programme files…& definately nothing in the hard drive full stop!
To the best that i know,what i did WAS a system restore, NOT a reset to factory defaul settings. Had i done a factory reset, i would have lost everything! but i didn't.
And as far as i can tell, as from 25 May 2014, i have had avg anti virus as a paid up member.
Does anyone know, whether i will be able to get my anti-virus back again, via a re-downloadable link?

p.s. just a thought…or does avg have a 'natural ability' to disappear after 8 mnths!!!
