Dear Sir,
After downloading the free upgrade version of Windows 10 and having to revert to Window 7 due to the loss of many apps including my AVG Security Antivirus and Tune up.
I the tried to reinstall these programmes from your Rescue and Installation Disc which only resulted in 30 day trials for both, they have now expired.
These programmes were purchased in February 2014 for two years and were due for upgrade in February 2016.
