I updated the drivers via AVG and I lost my audio driver and cannot hear anything. I cannot adjust the volume or turn the volume on. I tried asking Microsoft and they were not able to help. Can someone help me restore my audio drivers? In layman terms please. I know enough to be dangerous when it comes to computers.
