We are sorry to hear that. Could you please hit enter when the AVG PC TuneUp prompts for password without entering any character in the password link. When it asks for password, just hit enter and check if you are able to access AVG PC TuneUp settings without any issue.

The password I initially used to set up PC Tuneup is not working. I am sure I am using the right password.
