Lost data after using avg cleaner app

Hello,
I am facing a very serious issue. Around 50GB of my photos and videos disappeared from my Samsung phone, and this happened after I used the AVG Antivirus / Cleaner app.

I have not enabled any cloud backup, and I don’t have a PC to run recovery software. I tried several mobile recovery apps, but none of them could find my deleted photos. The data did NOT disappear all at once — it went missing gradually.

I urgently need assistance to recover my photos, as they are extremely important to me.

Please guide me on:

  1. Whether AVG Cleaner or Antivirus could have removed or flagged these files

  2. If there is any way to recover deleted media

  3. Any official AVG tools or steps that can help without a PC

I would appreciate your immediate support.

There must be a log somewhere that can tell us whether the AVG Cleaner performed these deletions. AVG technical support might give us the steps on how to view these logs.
