Hello Jerry,

Let's have a look at it together. Have you checked with the connection of NAS and Printer when AVG is disabled?

If not, right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock, click on toggle bar to turn off your protection and check the status.

On new Internet Security install, my windows connection to my NAS and wireless printer is now gone.
HELP !!!
