Lost files & information

Hi Avinash,

No, I have not made any changes. Just turned on my computer and WHAM, the changes
were made & I'm most grumpy about it. Got any ideas how to retrieve stuff? I've tried
to looking under search to see if I could find anything from my files. I've rescanned all
of computer just in case & there's nothing to repair it that I have knowledge of doing.

I logged on to my computer yesterday and most of my files, information for the year 2015 was gone.
I've tried to restore from another time, but the only backup was for 04/05/2015 & it stated is was "catastrophic…" problem. What can I do to get my information returned?

Yes, I purchase the entire AVG package every year.
