I recently ran a driver update and lost my internet connection shortly after. I can’t get ahold of anyone from customer support and need internet access to work from home. I have AVG antitrack, driver update and VPN but I think the driver update *may* have messed up my internet connection. Please help. I am working from home & need to be able to access internet, email & Dropbox account and participate in teleconferences.
