Hi… Heres a tricky one for you… I purchaed a 12 months subscription in Oct14, then in Dec my computer crashed and needed to be reset back to factory defaults… this lost all softtware, some content, and forced a change of email account.   I can no longer access MyAccount using this old email, and I have lost the license key, i only have the sales receipt no for the Security purchase… help  In the mean time i have added the trial version for some doverage , contacted a local reseller who could not help me and i have serach all the questions articles and my problem isnt covered  entirely… Big help needed  and thanks
