Initially please clarify whether you're connected to internet through AVG Secure VPN.
Please let us know what happens exactly while attempting to connect to the server. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
Recently added AVG Ultimate to a PC that had a link to my server. That link has now dropped, how do I reinstate the link?
