Lost my protection on AVG

Could you please provide us the screenshot of the Window which shows "Not protected"? so that we will understand your issue and assist you with the same.

I have the basic 1 year package which includes 'tune up'. For the past few days when I go into the 'traffic light' window it says that I am NOT PROTECTED. As this product does not come with a licence number I cannot get any reaction when I try to solve the problem.
How do I re-instate the programme?
