Lost protection/Subscription doesn't show

I recently signed up for a monthly prescription for full protection and a successful payment was made on September 27. 
Today, AVG required a restart and that's when my problems began. There was a memory error when I tried to restart and although I expected ALL options on the Dashboard to be activate, the Hacker protection was not…I tried the "FIX"which was in red, nothing appeared to happen so i started digging. I noticed I was offered a "Free Trial"of the Hacker function so I tried that. I was soon asked to restart but go the same memory error…deleted msg and restarted, now I lost ALL of my premium features and seem to have gone back to AVG Free. Tried to find a support function and did, but my problems weren't covered, filled in the search field but its too small. I found the Account Log In area and although I found my account, my status wasn't listed…further down it said that there was synchronisation going on but it also said that my package was synchronised. Since you can't just send an email and ask a complicated question that isn't an FAQ, I found my way here.
