LOST some of my photo's from PinePixViewer

We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Did it happen after you run 1-click maintenance scan or duplicate file scan using AVG PC Tuneup? Please follow the instructions below to restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program :
1. Open AVG PC TuneUp program.
2. Click on the Rescue Center on the right bottom corner.
3. Click on Undo Changes.
4. Select and restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program.

Using AVG PC Tuneup. I then found out half of my photo's had a big "?" instead of a photo. DON'T understand technical terms

Tried your suggestion & restored > nothing. I have lost all my photo's from 2002 to 2013, they are a red question mark, not a photo.  When you click on them it says C:Users\User\Pictures\201306\P1000366. JPG not found. That's 12 years of holidays & Grandchildren GONE.

Ken, Also alternatively you can try using some file recovery software, for example Recuva (http://www.piriform.com/recuva) to get deleted data back.
