Dear Admin, I'm having trouble changing the sim card in hp sony experia dual C i, as requested password to sign in to the mob me, the problem is if I reset my hp then data2 reply yet I backup will be lost, I already try to reset the password avg via web, and successful but when I enter a new password in hp sony dual C experia I still do not work.

Also when filling out your details choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" even though you may be using the Free version and fill out necessary details and click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

Dear admin, saya mengalami masalah saat mengganti kartu sim di hp sony experia dual C saya, karena diminta pasword untuk masuk ke hp saya, masalahnya adalah jika saya reset hp saya maka data2 yg belum saya backup akan hilang, saya sudah coba untuk reset pasword avg via web, dan berhasil namun ketika saya masukan pasword baru di hp sony experia dual C saya tetap tidak berfungsi.
