M.S. Tredo Tunneling Adapter

In the process of tuning up it has shown that the M.S Teredo Tunneling Adapter "cannot run (code 10)". The driver version 6.1.7600.16385; Dr. date 21-06-2006. My O.S is Windows 7 Home Premium. Shall I remove it as it is not working and may harm to my computer performance?
