M/soft Excel updates -why do they NOT work as before!

Hello Terry,

I understand that you are unable to modify or make changes to your MS excel files. Please open AVG Internet Security installed in your computer, click on "Hacker Protection" tile and select "Open" next to "Ransomware Protection". In the new window, select "Allow/Block" list and check if excel file is listed under blocked list. If it is listed, please remove the same and add it to "Allow" list. Check if this fix the issue. Does anyone have any comments -or AVG TEAM, so I can amend and update with my changes to these files I use!??
