John, Mac OS support… Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Mac OS then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your device and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on the 'Start Chat' option. I can logon to my AVG account on my MAC in safari, but when I use the same details in the AVG App, it will not connect to the Zen Network
Did you get this solved? I had an online chat with an AVG agent who could not fix this for me - now waiting for contact from an L2 support person. I dont seem to be alone here - quite a few posting this issue!
