Mac avg tune up won’t activate

all of the sudden my Mac tune up won’t activate even though I’m signed in and the product was working fine yesterday! Anyone else have this issue?

i'm signed in but the product has just deactivated and won't reactivate. i've tried everything, firewall, reinstalling the app and entering reactivation code but nothing works. anti virus and other ultimate products are working fine really am puzzled. User-added image
