Mac free AVG Antivirus threats

I was referred this support because 2 threats that were identified after running antivirus
Version 18.7 last updated January 24

The treats were not able to be secured even after "try again"
nothing in Quarrantine
Threats idnetified are
MacOS:Agent-BT[adw]
Other: Malware-gen [Trj]

I was told you could guide me through this issue
