We need to reinstall the AVG program and check whether issue got it fixed. If it does not work, We need to collect logs and escalate this issue to next level team.

I updated to Mac OS 10.13.6 and after the update my AVG Free now says:
Mac Computer: Not Protected
Mac Web and Email: Not Protected
Now you guys KNOW about this ISSUE but have yet to fix it. All you fixes say is to load a new OS. Well the latest OS is 13 gig and I have just installed 10.13.6 and that took 7 gig. It works but it has known issues with you AVG. HELP HELP HELP (DO NOT JUST ASK FOR A SCREEN SHOT)

As a good little BOT the FAQ was the first place I went. I was so happy when I found the ARTICLE you are trying to send me too. SADLY after two days (EVEN though I have a Permission Issue) the ARTICLE was not help at all!

Really??? and this is meant to fix the ISSUE. Everyone else on your HELP page that has done this has been unable to reinstall AVG!
