Mac Scan problem

Please let us know your Mac version and provide us the screenshot of AVG Internet Security scan to assist further.

For the second time, my AVG Internet Security for the MAC has simply stopped allowing me to scan.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the product several times, but when I try to do a scan, it sits at zero %.  This happened once before and then miraculously started working again on its own.  With each uninstall, I emptied the trash and restarted the computer.

Any idea what is going on here?
