I'm not protected now by AVG.

Hello. I have this exact same problem. Can I ask for my money back? Or when is the Big Sur-compatible version coming out? --Carlos

Since updating my Mac OS to BIG SUR, AVG Internet Security is showing "Were sorry, there is a problem on our side. We will fix it as soon as possible". I've tried to uninstall and reinstall but no change and I'm getting no response from AVG. Any suggestions?

Thank you for waiting, Simon.
I checked with our Development department that Apple's Big Sur operating system is a beta developer system, and AVG does not support this operating system at this time, as there has been no official release.
The correct thing is to wait for the official release of the version to fix this problem.

Here is the AVG popup I see when I open the programme. it's still connected and I can scan and update but all other options show the error message.
