Macos Ventura can't activate AVG Antitrack

Hi, same problem here - I'd very much appreciate some support.

I'm not sure how to respond privately. I'm logged in so presumably you can get my details from there, but otherwise please advise me what to do (and how!)

I recent upgraded Macos from Monterey to Ventura. Was immediately told that my AVG Antitrack had been damaged and had to be removed. Now I cannot activate Antitrack. I never get an opportunity to enter my activation code. The dashboard tells me I am unprotected but I cannot enable browser protection - the sliders revert to "unprotected" every time. The ID & Privacy protection status wheel spins interminably. What to do next?
