Made my computer stop doing everything I need

I don't know what category to put this in. 
Once installed my access to my work site b Connect wont work, Also now my iPhone and iPads will no longer download from the pictures. I take pictures as part of my job to download to customer files. Now after the computer counts how many pictures to download, it just stops working. Basically the windows photos application will freeze up and will not move forward. I must have this for my work, and only downloaded your product to secure my machine. Security by crashing the computer is not security, it is just unacceptable. I went through your site and you offer to set it up correctly for me, For a cost, but when I tried to do that I get an error message saying that this does not function. Is there anything good your product actually does?

Which AVG product did you install and how did you narrow down this to AVG? Did you uninstall the AVG product whether or not to verify these issues were actually caused by AVG?
