I am in dire need to know the answer urgently I have been working on the website that is sweet snacks (https://sweetsnacking.com/) and I updated AVG in the morning, and till I updated I couldn't connect my MailChimp with the website, and my emails are not working anymore. My newsletter is affected too. Can somebody please know the reason why this is all happening? I have some sense that it is all happening because I updated the AVG, or some other things have happened to the website?

Please let us know the version of AVG AntiTrack that is installed on your computer (Open AVG - Menu - Settings) & let us know what happens exactly while uploading photos. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
Also, clarify whether you've installed any other AVG programs. Reason to inquire this being, AVG AntiTrack will not interfere with apps.
I am having this same issue. I log into Mailchimp start doing some work on it and then get logged off. I turned the VPN off thinking that was the issue, but it still keep getting logged off. Now am unable to upload photo it just tells me there is an error. I need this to get sorted please let me know what I can do- I am still within my 14 days time limit to uninstall the programme if this going to be an issue.

I have exactly the same issue. Since I updated AVG I get thrown out of Mailchimp. As Mailchimp is essential to keep in touch with our customers this is a severe problem. Please tell me how to solve it asap. Thanks!

I have recently updated by AVG to include tracking alerts but now Mailchimp keeps logging me off or when I am logged on, will not let me upload any photographs. Do you think the 2 are related or is it just co-incidence?

I installed the AntiTrack on 26th September but cannot see which version on either my account or confirmation email. I also have the basic anti virus from AVG
Here is a screenshot of what happens when I try to insert photographs. This is a new problem.
