After running Maintenance and 'fixing' everything; I've ran it again. Each time there are more items to 'fix'. Today I had to run it 4 times before it came out 'all clear'! Anyone else noticed this? Why does it happen?

In general, there will be many actions performed in the background and each of these are logged in your PC's registry. So it is totally fine to detect new issues on every maintenance scan. It is an issue only if the same items are being shown in the scan result. Once the scan present you with the results, please click on 'Details' and notice if they are same items found.
