While verifying your account you have AVG Performance as your active subscription. Could you please let us know whether you have received any error message while running the maintenance part of the AVG Performance? Also a screenshot of the issue can help us to analyze the issue with the program.

I didn't get any errors , I do see a " ! " on the icon an when I open it up it will say that I didn't do a Maintenance run in 14 days? I will run it it will fix things an when it's over it will say Optimization completed an gives me the green hash mark No tuneups needed.
The version is 15.0.1001.638
This had to of installed it self in auto some time ago ?
What do I screenshot ? an how is this done?

Please send us a screen-shot of the message which says that 'Maintenance not run in 14 days'. For the instructions on how to take a screen-shot please click on the following link http://avgread.me/1aZxsAV . Also please let us know if you have activated your AVG program using your AVG My Account credentials and if 'trial' version of AVG PC Tune Up was earlier installed in your computer.
