If not, please follow the below steps to repair AVG TuneUp.
1. Right-click the Windows Start button and select Apps and Features from the menu that appears.
2.Ensure that Apps & Features are selected in the left panel, then click AVG TuneUp and select Uninstall.
3. If prompted by the User Account Control dialog for permissions, click Yes.
4. When the AVG Setup wizard appears, click Repair.
5. Wait while setup repairs AVG TuneUp on your PC.
6. When the repair is complete, click Done.
7. Reboot the PC

My laptop is running at 78% constantly. When I click on maintenance, it shows what needs to be fixed or cleaned. But when I click on the "fix and clean" button, nothing happens. It's not greyed out, its green. I've been trying for a few days, but still with the same results.
