Please let us know the application you would like to download. Make sure that this is a trusted one and try downloading it in alternate browsers. If the download is being blocked, please share the screenshot of your qurantine displaying the location path.

I have tried repeatedly to make an Exception in Settings so that I can download without having the download being sent to quarantine.
Yet even with the Exception the downloads are still quarantined.
What do I have to do before I can download without this problem??
