Thank you for your reply, I have sent the diognistic data twice but I still haven't had any reply, it said if you don't get a reply in 24 hours to send it again, how do I know if they have received it? If it's not getting to you how do I know why?

I have previously written to find out how to get rid of "webinternetsecurity.com" I was asked to do the following , I have sent the information twice but have not received a reply , where do I go from here?
