Malicious website blocked by Malwarebytes

Not sure if this is AVG problem (I have Ultimate and Antivirus), but my e-mail keeps giving me the message: "Malwarebytes has blocked malicious website IP 184.173.133.194". This occurs on each and every e-mail I open and is becoming a nuisance. I have not heard from Malwarebytes concerning this problem. The e-mail is slow to process—have no idea if trhis is related to the blocked site or not.
