Avinash - I have never used Avast - have been with AVG for years (too long) and the link you gave to Avast help say "Due to current situation we are unable to provide assistance at this time".

Hi, I found what was causing the problem. I found an add-on that sonehow got installed that didn't have a name. I uninstalled the add-on and the problem went away.
